LIGHTING

Lighting is one of the key areas that can change the way either a piece of furniture or a room looks.

Floor to ceiling can incorporate lighting in to your furniture by creating lighting pelmets or feature displays to create the mood you are looking for.

Halogen Lighting

Halogen lights are commonly recognised as low voltage lighting; the light colour looks warm and the bulb life should be good for around 5000hrs.

LED Lighting

Led is the latest type of lighting that we are fitting into our furniture. Tthe light is white and the bulbs run cold resulting in a much longer life for the bulb which should last up to 30000 hours

Surface or recessed Lighting

Both Halogen and Led come available in either surface or recessed variants;, typically you would use a recessed light where you have an enclosed lighting pelmet, and a surface light when you have a lighting board.

Fluorescent Lighting

We tend to use small tube fluorescent lights in areas where the light fitting cannot be seen, this allows for a long bulb life and a diffused light that tends to not cast too many shadows.

Strip LED lighting

This style of light can be used on the edge of glass shelves to enhance the feature and create a truly contemporary look. We can also use a variation of this style of lighting to go under light plinths.
